Arriving early was fantastic, we were greeted with an almost empty beech, it was quite blustery, but very very enjoyable :o)
We have never been to Sandsend before but we will definatley be doing back with a hammer as there is lots of fosiles to dig for.

I think the weathered wood on the groynes is tailor made for b&w which shows up the textures so well.
